TimeClock Timesheet

The main module for tracking entertainers and staff, giving management real-time visibility, better recordkeeping, and easier day-to-day oversight from anywhere.

  • Maintain a database of entertainers with contact information, ID status, and photos
  • Record new contracted entertainers, including pictures, as well as rejections when needed
  • Receive reminders when IDs or other entertainer information need to be updated
  • Keep track of contract or employment status, including warnings, notes, and changes over time
  • View attendance information in real time along with archived attendance history
  • Run graphical reports for attendance and activity trends
  • Send text messages to selected entertainers, all active entertainers, manually, or automatically

Access & Mobility

Works with existing desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones connected to the internet, so there is no special hardware to buy. Managers can access the system remotely from their smartphones, and the mobile version supports quick entertainer check-in while giving staff access to entertainer information, including photos.
